There are a few tips i use to save money.

1] i never shop when im hungry

2] i always make a list and stick to it no matter what

3] i keep an ongoing inventory of what i have on hand,in the fridge,freezer,and cabnets

4]i clip coupons from the sunday paper and pruint them from the computer and save money

5]i watch for double coupon days at my favorite stores and that is when i do my bulk shopping

6]i watch the price per pound on meats.

7]buy in bulk at sams club and cosco when they have something that my family will use and it is a really good buy.

8]i stock up on products when holiday sales are going on and after the holidays the stores mark down things with holiday prints such as paper towels and napkins.
